{"id":97379,"date":"2023-05-02T11:26:22","date_gmt":"2023-05-02T11:26:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2023\/05\/02\/liberan-a-oscar-navarro-exdirector-de-finanzas-de-segalmex\/"},"modified":"2023-05-02T11:26:22","modified_gmt":"2023-05-02T11:26:22","slug":"liberan-a-oscar-navarro-exdirector-de-finanzas-de-segalmex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2023\/05\/02\/liberan-a-oscar-navarro-exdirector-de-finanzas-de-segalmex\/","title":{"rendered":"Liberan a Oscar Navarro, exdirector de Finanzas de Segalmex"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La ma&ntilde;ana de este martes,&nbsp;<strong>un juez de control orden&oacute; la liberaci&oacute;n de Jes&uacute;s &Oacute;scar Navarro G&aacute;rate, exdirector de Administraci&oacute;n y Finanzas de Segalmex<\/strong>, as&iacute; como de dos exfuncionarios de Liconsa, al resolver que no hay elementos para vincularlos a proceso por un supuesto desfalco de 400 millones de pesos en la compra de productos l&aacute;cteos.<\/p>\n<p>Agentes de la Fiscal&iacute;a General de la Rep&uacute;blica (FGR) detuvieron el pasado 26 de abril&nbsp;<strong>a &Oacute;scar Navarro por un probable desv&iacute;o de 142 millones 440 mil pesos en contra del organismo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"teads_ad\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1548262875188-0\" style=\"height: 1px;width: 1px\" data-google-query-id=\"CM3Ol6mg1_4CFWUdwQodIRgP9g\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/1001694\/INF_intext_1_0__container__\" style=\"border: 0pt none\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"div-pos-2\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>Navarro G&aacute;rate desempe&ntilde;&oacute; este cargo en julio de 2020 en lugar de Ren&eacute; Gavira Segreste, quien fue vinculado a proceso por probables actos de corrupci&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>Gavira fue se&ntilde;alado por autorizar adquisiciones il&iacute;citas con recursos p&uacute;blicos.
