{"id":93201,"date":"2023-08-14T07:48:25","date_gmt":"2023-08-14T07:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2023\/08\/14\/asesino-de-milagros-imputado-por-delito-de-feminicidio\/"},"modified":"2023-08-14T07:48:25","modified_gmt":"2023-08-14T07:48:25","slug":"asesino-de-milagros-imputado-por-delito-de-feminicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2023\/08\/14\/asesino-de-milagros-imputado-por-delito-de-feminicidio\/","title":{"rendered":"Asesino de Milagros, imputado por delito de feminicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La Unidad Especializada en Investigaci&oacute;n de Homicidios formul&oacute; imputaci&oacute;n en contra de Miguel de Jes&uacute;s &#8220;N&#8221; por el delito de feminicidio en agravio de Milagros Monserrat, en las salas de oralidad penal anexas al Cereso de Le&oacute;n en donde se encuentra recluido.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la primera audiencia Miguel de Jes&uacute;s solicit&oacute; la duplicidad del t&eacute;rmino Constitucional de 144 horas,&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"font: inherit !important;color: inherit !important;margin: 0px !important;padding: 0px !important;border: none !important;background-image: initial !important;background-position: initial !important;background-size: initial !important;background-repeat: initial !important;background-attachment: initial !important;background-color: #f39c12\">para que se determine su situaci&oacute;n jur&iacute;dica<\/span><\/strong>, por lo que ser&aacute; hasta el pr&oacute;ximo 18 de agosto cuando el juez de la causa resuelva si lo vincula o no a proceso penal.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;background-color: #ffffff;color: #000000\">Miguel de Jes&uacute;s permanecer&aacute; en la c&aacute;rcel<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto, el juzgado determin&oacute; que el presunto feminicida permanezca en el Centro de Prevenci&oacute;n y Reinserci&oacute;n Social de esta ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>El Ministerio P&uacute;blico enunci&oacute; en la audiencia los datos de prueba en la Carpeta de Investigaci&oacute;n que integr&oacute; por el crimen en contra de Milagros Monserrat, de 40 a&ntilde;os de edad,&nbsp;<strong>quien la ma&ntilde;ana del jueves 10 de agosto fue atacada a pu&ntilde;aladas cuando se dirig&iacute;a a trabajar&nbsp;<\/strong>por la calle Lago de Zumpango, en la colonia Granada.
