con el voto en contra de los partidos opositores, cuyos legisladores incluso plantearon una comparecencia de Zald&iacute;var Lelo de Larrea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 1.25em;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font-size: 16px;line-height: inherit;font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;vertical-align: baseline;color: #333333\">Incluso, el senador morenista Rafael Espino se manifest&oacute; en contra de la renuncia del ministro y asegur&oacute; que el acto &ldquo;establece un mal precedente, trivializa las causas de separaci&oacute;n del ministro de la Corte Suprema y contraviene la intenci&oacute;n de la Carta Suprema&ldquo;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 1.25em;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font-size: 16px;line-height: inherit;font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;vertical-align: baseline;color: #333333\">No obstante, aclar&oacute;
