una carta de no inscripci&oacute;n emitida en su municipio de origen.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">A su vez llevar 4 fotograf&iacute;as a color o blanco y negro tama&ntilde;o credencial con las siguientes caracter&iacute;sticas: 35 por 45 mil&iacute;metros en di&aacute;metro de cara;
