La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de Sonora (FGJES) cumplimentó una orden de aprehensión para Saúl Guadalupe “N” y fue vinculado a proceso por el presunto delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja.<\/p>\n
De acuerdo a la carpeta de investigación el hecho ocurrió el 1 de marzo de 2021 en un taller mecánico del municipio de San Luis Río Colorado, donde la víctima, Ignacio “N”, fue herida por disparos de arma de fuego, lo que llevó a su deceso en el lugar.<\/p>\n
Esta representación social obtuvo la orden de aprehensión correspondiente, fue cumplimentada y el presunto responsable fue presentado ante el Juez que determinó la vinculación a proceso y prisión preventiva justificada.<\/p>\n
