que regularmente cuando las temperaturas en la capital sonorense promedio los 40 grados cent&iacute;grados o m&aacute;s, se presentan diariamente diversas situaciones con los ciudadanos en cuesti&oacute;n de su salud y por ello dio a conocer algunos consejos que deben ser tomados en cuenta ya sea a t&iacute;tulo personal o colectiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">&ldquo;Evitar asolearse de 10 de la ma&ntilde;ana a 6 de la tarde, vestir ropa ligera con colores claros, de preferencia manga larga, no realizar actividades f&iacute;sicas intensas bajo el sol, tomar al menos de 2 a 3 litros de agua al d&iacute;a, comer alimentos frescos, frutas, verduras, estar en la sombra, usar protector solar, entre otros&rdquo;, dijo.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">El funcionario municipal agreg&oacute;, que tambi&eacute;n es importante usar sombreros o gorras, evitar tomar bebidas alcoh&oacute;licas ya que les generan una deshidrataci&oacute;n a las personas y sobre todo recomend&oacute;
