(&ldquo;Telcel&rdquo;), fue notificada de la autorizaci&oacute;n&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif, serif, EmojiFont;font-size: 11pt\">otorgada por el Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones para adquirir indirectamente de<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #212121\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif, serif, EmojiFont\">Grupo MVS, S.A. de C.V.
