{"id":72139,"date":"2017-03-09T16:59:04","date_gmt":"2017-03-09T16:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2017\/03\/09\/presenta-profepa-denuncia-penal-ante-actos-vandalicos-contra-inspectores\/"},"modified":"2017-03-09T16:59:04","modified_gmt":"2017-03-09T16:59:04","slug":"presenta-profepa-denuncia-penal-ante-actos-vandalicos-contra-inspectores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2017\/03\/09\/presenta-profepa-denuncia-penal-ante-actos-vandalicos-contra-inspectores\/","title":{"rendered":"Presenta PROFEPA denuncia penal ante actos vandalicos contra inspectores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">La Procuradur&iacute;a Federal de Protecci&oacute;n al Ambiente (PROFEPA) presenta denuncia penal contra quien resulte responsable de las agresiones f&iacute;sicas a&nbsp; inspectores federales, la destrucci&oacute;n de 4 veh&iacute;culos oficiales as&iacute; como el robo de una embarcaci&oacute;n de esta dependencia, en el poblado del Golfo de Santa Clara, Sonora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Lo anterior, como resultado de los hechos ocurridos contra 10 servidores p&uacute;blicos de la PROFEPA y la Comisi&oacute;n Nacional de &Aacute;reas Protegidas (CONANP) as&iacute; como 18 oficiales de la Comisi&oacute;n Nacional de Pesca, la noche de ayer mi&eacute;rcoles en aquel poblado por un indeterminado grupo de personas que adem&aacute;s quem&oacute; un total de 15 veh&iacute;culos oficiales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">De acuerdo al primer reporte oficial, 3 inspectores de la PROFEPA que fueron golpeados, lograron salir del poblado junto con otros dos compa&ntilde;eros y consiguieron resguardarse en la cabecera municipal aleda&ntilde;a de San Luis R&iacute;o Colorado, Son.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">El recuento de los bienes da&ntilde;ados de PROFEPA son 2 camionetas, 01 lancha y 01 cuatrimoto, incendiadas. Adem&aacute;s, del robo de una lancha asegurada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Tambi&eacute;n, fueron quemadas 8 camionetas y una lancha de la CONAPESCA; as&iacute; como dos lanchas de la CONANP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">El grupo agresor justific&oacute; sus acciones ante la falta de emisi&oacute;n de autorizaciones en materia de impacto ambiental para realizar la actividad pesquera en dicha regi&oacute;n, por parte de la Secretar&iacute;a de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEMARNAT)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Es de resaltar que de acuerdo a la SEMARNAT la solicitud en cuesti&oacute;n fue ingresada por los pescadores el d&iacute;a 22 de febrero del 2017, a s&oacute;lo unos d&iacute;as de iniciar la pesca de curvinagolfina; lo anterior, refleja la irresponsabilidad con la que actuaron los l&iacute;deres de este gremio al solicitar tard&iacute;amente la autorizaci&oacute;n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Toma relevancia que las acciones aplicadas en la regi&oacute;n del Alto Golfo por las distintas dependencias del Gobierno Federal, entre ellas la PROFEPA, se han enfocado primordialmente a combatir la extracci&oacute;n ilegal del pez totoaba, problema que los mismos pescadores han denunciado, por lo que la situaci&oacute;n de la autorizaci&oacute;n de impacto ambiental era ajena a las competencias de esta Procuradur&iacute;a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 35.4pt;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Finalmente, la PROFEPA mantendr&aacute; la inspecci&oacute;n y vigilancia en la regi&oacute;n y dar&aacute; seguimiento a que el Ministerio P&uacute;blico Federal d&eacute;<a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> curso a las investigaciones y sancione a los responsables.&nbsp;
