a 25 de octubre de 2016.-<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"x_m_4947956893020646098gmail-apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: black\">&nbsp;El presidente del Congreso del Estado, diputado Manuel Villegas Rodr&iacute;guez, recibi&oacute; la propuesta de&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: black\">reforma y adici&oacute;n a las Leyes de Seguridad P&uacute;blica y Ley Org&aacute;nica de la Procuradur&iacute;a General de Justicia, ambas del Estado de Sonora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: black\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: black\">Acompa&ntilde;ado de los diputados Epifanio Salido Pavlovich, coordinador del grupo parlamentario del PRI, Flor Ayala Robles Linares, Iris Fernanda S&aacute;nchez Chiu, Rafael Buelna Clark, Emeterio Ochoa Baz&uacute;a, Omar Alberto Guill&eacute;n Partida, David Homero Palafox Celaya, Jorge Luis M&aacute;rquez C&aacute;zares y Jos&eacute; Luis Castillo God&iacute;nez, el diputado Villegas Rodr&iacute;guez recibi&oacute; la propuesta de iniciativa de reforma a las leyes en materia de seguridad p&uacute;blica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: black\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: black\">&ldquo;Recibo con agrado porque s&eacute; que es una propuesta ciudadana y lleva las voces de miles de hermosillenses que est&aacute;n poniendo su granito de arena, estaremos turnando a la comisi&oacute;n dictaminadora que corresponda a trav&eacute;s de la correspondencia, en la sesi&oacute;n de este d&iacute;a, para su estudio y an&aacute;lisis y enriquecerla con m&aacute;s propuestas de los sonorenses&rdquo;, extern&oacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: black\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: black\">Manuel Ignacio Acosta Guti&eacute;rrez, presidente municipal de la capital, al hacer entrega del documento explic&oacute; que se busca mejorar la legislaci&oacute;n para que las nuevas tecnolog&iacute;as sean utilizadas para beneficio y seguridad del ciudadano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: black\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: arial, sans-serif;color: black\">En la entrega de la propuesta estuvieron presentes Jorge Andr&eacute;s Suilo Orozco,&nbsp;Secretario del Ayuntamiento;
