la primera fase.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 18.176px\"><span style=\"color: #444444;font-family: calibri, sans-serif;font-size: large\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 18.176px\"><span style=\"color: #444444;font-family: calibri, sans-serif;font-size: large\">En un video mensaje presentado a los asistentes, Pavlovich Arellano agradeci&oacute; a cada uno de los trabajadores por su esfuerzo y dedicaci&oacute;n, y los invit&oacute; a seguir trabajando para regresa a Sonora su grandeza.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 18.176px\"><span style=\"color: #444444;font-family: calibri, sans-serif;font-size: large\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 18.176px\"><span style=\"color: #444444;font-family: calibri, sans-serif;font-size: large\">&#8220;Nuestra Gente, Nuestra Fortaleza&#8221; es un plan enfocado en el desarrollo del talento humano con el que cuenta el Instituto, estimulando, reforzando y actualizando competencias y habilidades, contemplando temas como inteligencia emocional y trabajo en equipo.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 18.176px\"><span style=\"color: #444444;font-family: calibri, sans-serif;font-size: large\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 18.176px\"><span style=\"color: #444444;font-family: calibri, sans-serif;font-size: large\">Adem&aacute;s, se promueve el compromiso institucional, la comunicaci&oacute;n interna, adem&aacute;s de reuniones peri&oacute;dicas entre empleados y autoridades, con el fin de seguir mejorando el servicio.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 18.176px\"><span style=\"color: #444444;font-family: calibri, sans-serif;font-size: large\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 18.176px\"><span style=\"color: #444444;font-family: calibri, sans-serif;font-size: large\">&#8220;Nuestra Gente, Nuestra Fortaleza&#8221; ha iniciado involucrando a trabajadores de ISSSTESON en todo el Estado, en beneficio de los alrededor de 180 mil derechohabientes que reciben atenci&oacute;n m&eacute;dica y prestaciones sociales por parte de la Instituci&oacute;n.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 18.176px\"><span style=\"color: #444444;font-family: calibri, sans-serif;font-size: large\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 18.176px\"><span style=\"color: #444444;font-family: calibri, sans-serif;font-size: large\">La primera fase se desarrolla de octubre a diciembre de este a&ntilde;o, mientras que la segunda parte se empezar&aacute;
