que la aprehensi&oacute;n ocurri&oacute; bajo el mandato judicial 274\/2016, librado por el Juez Cuarto de lo Penal, en contra del cura identificado con las iniciales C.F.P.M.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">Seg&uacute;n la denuncia, un joven fue invitado en octubre de 2015 por el imputado a laborar en la Catedral, ubicada en el primer cuadro del Centro Hist&oacute;rico de la capital.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">En la Semana Santa pasada, se increment&oacute; la carga de trabajo en labores de limpieza por lo cual invit&oacute; a uno de sus compa&ntilde;eros a ayudarle.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">El viernes 25 de marzo, tras concluir su jornada en las primeras horas de la madrugada, fueron invitados por el sacerdote a tomar bebidas alcoh&oacute;licas; tras un primer rechazo, aceptaron al grado de embriagarse.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">Cuando el ofendido se sinti&oacute; mareado, se retir&oacute; a su cuarto pero entonces lleg&oacute; el cura a manosearlo; debido a su estado et&iacute;lico, el joven no pudo impedirlo, de acuerdo con la denuncia.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">Al despertarse, not&oacute; que no ten&iacute;a su ropa interior, m&aacute;s tarde acudi&oacute; a un m&eacute;dico y a ex&aacute;menes de laboratorio, donde le corroboraron que&nbsp;<\/span><a style=\"text-decoration: none;color: #333333;border-bottom-width: 1px;border-bottom-style: dotted;border-bottom-color: #f47b20;font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" href=\"http:\/\/www.informador.com.mx\/6582\/pederastas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hab&iacute;a sido violado<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">, por lo cual decidi&oacute;
