circulan, es que incurrieron en un grave delito que deber&aacute; ser solventado por quien sea declarado culpable de ello.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;line-height: 17.8pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;line-height: 17.8pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><strong><span>Cuando se da una situaci&oacute;n de esa naturaleza y se impide el libre tr&aacute;nsito que la ley permite a los usuarios de las carreteras tanto federales como estatales, hay una denuncia de parte de la SCT que se sigue de oficio contra quienes llevan a cabo ese evento y contra quien result&eacute; responsable, seguramente el jur&iacute;dico de la SCT ya est&aacute; tomando nota de ello y har&aacute; las diligencias necesarias&rdquo;, afirm&oacute;.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;line-height: 17.8pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><strong><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;line-height: 17.8pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span>Finalmente Hern&aacute;ndez Armenta coment&oacute;
