En tercer lugar de votos se encontraba Rafael Flores, de la coalici&oacute;n Unidos por Zacatecas (PAN-PRD).<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">De esta forma, el PRI conservaba el poder en Zacatecas, gobernado actualmente por Miguel Alonso Reyes.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">La jornada en esta Entidad no estuvo exenta de irregularidades, aunque menores. La representante de la Fiscal&iacute;a Especializada para la Atenci&oacute;n de Delitos Electorales (Fepade), Claudia Serrano, inform&oacute; que recibieron alrededor de cinco quejas en el municipio de Guadalupe.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">Pese a esas incidencias, la funcionaria federal consider&oacute; que la jornada transcurri&oacute; en calma.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">El Consejo General del Instituto Electoral del Estado de Zacatecas (IEEZ) confirm&oacute; la instalaci&oacute;n de 100% de las dos mil 479 casillas.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">Temprano los aspirantes a la gubernatura David Monreal; Alejandro Tello y Rafael Flores, acudieron a emitir su sufragio.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">El abanderado de Morena emiti&oacute; su voto en el municipio de Fresnillo.
