decidida en septiembre.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">Camacho Quiroz explic&oacute; que corresponde a la Junta de Coordinaci&oacute;n Pol&iacute;tica (Jucopo) tomar el acuerdo de las prioridades legislativas de los periodos de sesiones.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">&ldquo;La discusi&oacute;n empieza&rdquo;, dijo el priista y asegur&oacute; que el debate se dar&aacute; en un clima de libertad y respeto.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">La iniciativa de reforma al primer p&aacute;rrafo del art&iacute;culo 4&ordm; de la Constituci&oacute;n, enviada por Enrique Pe&ntilde;a Nieto, consiste en la adici&oacute;n del precepto de que &ldquo;toda persona mayor de 18 a&ntilde;os tiene derecho a contraer matrimonio y no podr&aacute; ser discriminada por origen &eacute;tnico o nacional, g&eacute;nero, discapacidades, condici&oacute;n social, condiciones de salud, religi&oacute;n, preferencias sexuales o cualquier otra que atente contra la dignidad humana&rdquo;.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">Expone que excluir a las parejas homosexuales del derecho de contraer matrimonio, &ldquo;conlleva un simbolismo de exclusi&oacute;n de gran relevancia para las personas, aun cuando no deseen contraer matrimonio o formar una familia, o decidan hacerlo por una v&iacute;a distinta al matrimonio&rdquo;.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">Destaca el Ejecutivo la importancia de la instituci&oacute;n del&nbsp;<\/span><a style=\"text-decoration: none;color: #333333;border-bottom-width: 1px;border-bottom-style: dotted;border-bottom-color: #f47b20;font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" href=\"http:\/\/www.informador.com.mx\/mexico\/2016\/661948\/6\/uniones-gay-no-pueden-equipararse-al-matrimonio-iglesia-catolica.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>matrimonio<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">, que es un derecho que da acceso a otros derechos: &ldquo;entre los beneficios que otorga el matrimonio civil en el orden jur&iacute;dico mexicano se encuentran los de tipo fiscal;
