a la historia en el estado de Sonora, por ser la primera persona en formar parte del primer juicio oral en la entidad y sobre todo porque fue declarado culpable por el delito de robo agravado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 16.2pt;line-height: 16pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;color: #444444\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 16.2pt;line-height: 16pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;color: #444444\">La ma&ntilde;ana de este miercoles en uno de los juzgados habilitados en Hermosillo para el Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Penal, se llev&oacute; a cabo la primera audiencia de juicio oral en la entidad y en donde Ramirez Ordu&ntilde;o fue declarado culpable por el juez que llevo este caso y el cual consider&oacute; al final de todo el desahogo de pruebas, de comentarios de los testigos, la parte acusatoria y dem&aacute;s que el acusado era culpable del delito de robo agravado en el domicilio de Adolfo Benitez quien habita en Villas del Sur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 16.2pt;line-height: 16pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;color: #444444\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 16.2pt;line-height: 16pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;color: #444444\">Cabe se&ntilde;alar que el acusado cuenta con antecedentes penales y por ello la victima no consider&oacute; apropiado el acordar a traves del dialogo y del resarcimiento del da&ntilde;o, por lo que se lleg&oacute; hasta instancia en donde el juez calificador consider&oacute; que existieron pruebas suficientes del robo cometido en una casa habitaci&oacute;n para dictaminar una sentencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 16.2pt;line-height: 16pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;color: #444444\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 16.2pt;line-height: 16pt;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;color: #444444\">Finalmente y de acuerdo a datos proporcionados por la m&aacute;xima autoridad en este caso, Jaime Alberto Ramirez Ordu&ntilde;o actuo de manera dolosa en el robo de un ciudadano, apoderandose de objetos de otra persona y que al final desencadenaron que en esta nueva modalidad se le dictar&aacute;
