la buena relaci&oacute;n e intercambio con el estado fronterizo de Nuevo Le&oacute;n, y para ello la Gobernadora Claudia Pavlovich Arellano nombr&oacute; al reconocido empresario Enrique Bay Rogel como representante de Sonora en dicho estado.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">Uno de los objetivos es que, por medio De esta importante representaci&oacute;n, el flujo de informaci&oacute;n, negocios y proyectos entre ambos estados sea m&aacute;s r&aacute;pido y eficaz, as&iacute; como los acuerdos y necesidades que se requieran establecer y solucionar en diferentes industrias.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">Enrique Bay Rogel es Contador P&uacute;blico egresado del Instituto Tecnol&oacute;gico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, originario de Hermosillo, Sonora, quien, a lo largo de su trayectoria, se ha desempe&ntilde;ado en el &aacute;mbito agr&iacute;cola y empresarial, participando tambi&eacute;n en destacados consejos de administraci&oacute;n de empresas nacionales e internacionales.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">Su labor como presidente y director general de compa&ntilde;&iacute;as de productos qu&iacute;micos de higiene y cuidado personal, le ha permitido relacionarse con un importante y distinguido sector empresarial y de negocios en la Rep&uacute;blica Mexicana y Estados Unidos.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">El Gobierno de Sonora, tiene el firme compromiso de crear sinergia con empresas e industrias destacadas del estado de Nuevo Le&oacute;n, para lo cual Enrique Bay Rogel agradeci&oacute;
