{"id":49910,"date":"2016-04-06T10:38:44","date_gmt":"2016-04-06T10:38:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2016\/04\/06\/edad-minima-para-casarse-en-chiapas-pasa-de-16-a-18-aos\/"},"modified":"2016-04-06T10:38:44","modified_gmt":"2016-04-06T10:38:44","slug":"edad-minima-para-casarse-en-chiapas-pasa-de-16-a-18-aos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2016\/04\/06\/edad-minima-para-casarse-en-chiapas-pasa-de-16-a-18-aos\/","title":{"rendered":"Edad minima para casarse en Chiapas pasa de 16 a 18 a&Atilde;&plusmn;os"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">TUXTLA GUTI&Eacute;RREZ, CHIAPAS (06\/ABR\/2016).-<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">La edad m&iacute;nima para casarse en&nbsp;<\/span><a style=\"text-decoration: none;color: #333333;border-bottom-width: 1px;border-bottom-style: dotted;border-bottom-color: #f47b20;font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" href=\"http:\/\/www.informador.com.mx\/420\/chiapas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Chiapas<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">&nbsp;pas&oacute; de 16 a 18 a&ntilde;os, tras la aprobaci&oacute;n de reformas a los c&oacute;digos Civil y de Procedimientos Penales locales.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">La LXVI Legislatura local aval&oacute; por mayor&iacute;a de votos el dictamen que present&oacute; la Comisi&oacute;n de Justicia.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">Con esta modificaci&oacute;n Chiapas homolog&oacute; su legislaci&oacute;n con la reforma que el a&ntilde;o pasado aprobaron los diputados federales al c&oacute;digo civil federal.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">De acuerdo con cifras oficiales, en 2014 se registraron 30 mil 560 enlaces matrimoniales en Chiapas.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">De &eacute;stos, en 170 matrimonios, al menos, un integrante de la pareja fue menor de 15 a&ntilde;os; en 10 mil 494 casos alguno de los c&oacute;nyuges ten&iacute;a entre 15 y 19 a&ntilde;os.<\/span><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><br style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\" \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, clean, sans-serif;line-height: 16.003px\">En ese mismo periodo se registraron 164 mil 861 nacimientos.
