México.- Según la sexóloga Debby Herbenick,<\/strong> sólo el 56% de las mujeres asegura que tiene relaciones sexuales exclusivamente por el orgasmo. De hecho, ellas tienden a calificar el sexo más placentero <\/strong>dependiendo de la fortaleza y el vínculo que crean con su pareja, explica Herbenick. <\/p>\n

Es por tal motivo que al decir de la experta, los hombres no deberían preguntar a su pareja si alcanzó o no el orgasmo. Pues “básicamente le estás preguntando si la experiencia fue un éxito o un fracaso. <\/span>Y si ella no lo alcanzó, de repente la conexión que compartieron deja de ser importante”.<\/p>\n

De hecho, advierte Herbenick, “sí sigues haciendo énfasis únicamente en el orgasmo, puede que ella llegue a fingirlos solo para no herir tus sentimientos. 75% de las mujeres<\/strong> admitieron haber fingido un orgasmo al menos una vez, según un estudio de la Universidad de Arizona, y muchas aseguraron haberlo hecho por esa razón.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“El orgasmo femenino puede ser visto como señal de satisfacción masculina, porque demuestra que él hizo un buen trabajo”, explica Herbenick. “Así que ella puede sentir presión para tener un orgasmo, porque es algo que él está buscando”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Entonces, en lugar de estarte preocupando por el desempeño, enfócate en el vínculo que ella quiere lograr con el acto. “Todo, desde el ritmo, el movimiento, dónde la tocas<\/strong> y cómo puedes intensificar su excitación y crear intimidad”. Asegura la sexóloga. <\/p>\n
