{"id":43847,"date":"2016-01-13T17:55:42","date_gmt":"2016-01-13T17:55:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2016\/01\/13\/juez-declara-responsable-a-anglica-fuentes-de-desvo-de-72-mdd\/"},"modified":"2016-01-13T17:55:42","modified_gmt":"2016-01-13T17:55:42","slug":"juez-declara-responsable-a-anglica-fuentes-de-desvo-de-72-mdd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2016\/01\/13\/juez-declara-responsable-a-anglica-fuentes-de-desvo-de-72-mdd\/","title":{"rendered":"Juez declara responsable a Ang&eacute;lica Fuentes de desv&iacute;o de 72 mdd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ciudad de M&eacute;xico.- <strong>El Juez 23 de lo Civil en el Distrito Federa<\/strong>l declar&oacute; responsable a<strong> Ang&eacute;lica Fuentes<\/strong> por el desv&iacute;o de <strong>72 millones de d&oacute;lares<\/strong> de cuentas de su esposo <strong>Jorge Vergara.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el reporte <em>Radio F&oacute;rmula,<\/em> funcionarios del Poder Judicial confirmaron el dictamen del juzgador, por operaciones irregulares en cuentas de&nbsp;<strong>HSBC, Santander y Banco JP Morgan.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En entrevista con Adela Micha, el presidente de Omnilife, y due&ntilde;o de Chivas, asegur&oacute; que hasta el momento sus abogados no le han confirmado la noticia, pero tiene conocimiento de que el lunes se realiz&oacute; <strong>una diligencia a la que su exesposa no se present&oacute;.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Jorge Vergara, al acreditarse la responsabilidad del desv&iacute;o, el proceso en contra de Fuentes pasar&iacute;a a ser penal, por lo que podr&iacute;a terminar en la c&aacute;rcel.
