en sesi&oacute;n ordinaria, la nueva Ley Org&aacute;nica de la Procuradur&iacute;a General de Justicia para el Estado de Sonora, con la cual se reglamentar&aacute;n las funciones de la Direcci&oacute;n de Seguimiento de Penas, que depender&aacute; de la Secretaria de Seguridad P&uacute;blica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxMsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 12pt;margin: 0px 0px 1.35em;color: #444444;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 15px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"line-height: 22.72px;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\" lang=\"ES\">Omar Guillen, diputado por el PRI e impulsor de esta nueva Ley,&nbsp; coment&oacute; que primero establece las funciones del Ministerio P&uacute;blico, de los peritos y de la Polic&iacute;a Estatal Investigadora, con miras a la&nbsp; implementaci&oacute;n del Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Penal, que se aplicar&aacute; en Sonora a partir del 15 de diciembre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxMsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 12pt;margin: 0px 0px 1.35em;color: #444444;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 15px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"line-height: 22.72px;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\" lang=\"ES\">&ldquo;Establece dos puntos importantes: el servicio profesional de carrera&nbsp; para el&nbsp; ministerio p&uacute;blico, para los peritos y la Polic&iacute;a Estatal Investigadora y tambi&eacute;n se crea, la Direcci&oacute;n General de Atenci&oacute;n Temprana y de Justicia Alternativa&rdquo;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxMsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 12pt;margin: 0px 0px 1.35em;color: #444444;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 15px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"line-height: 22.72px;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Verdana, sans-serif\" lang=\"ES\">Coment&oacute;
