Miguel &Aacute;ngel Bustamante Maldonado rindi&oacute; protesta como&nbsp;Coordinador General del Instituto de la Judicatura Sonorense.<\/p>\n<p>De larga y distinguida trayectoria en el servicio p&uacute;blico, el Lic.
