Mario Castillo Ubamea como Secretario T&eacute;cnico del Consejo Distrital Electoral XVI con cabecera en Ciudad Obreg&oacute;n Sureste.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxMsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">En ese sentido se orden&oacute; a la Consejera Presidenta y al Secretario Ejecutivo de este Instituto a &nbsp;expedir su nombramiento, para que posteriormente &nbsp;comparezca al respectivo Consejo Distrital Electoral, para que se le tome la protesta de ley correspondiente, previo al ejercicio de su cargo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En sesi&oacute;n extraordinaria el Consejo General del Instituto Estatal Electoral y de Participaci&oacute;n Ciudadana (IEE Sonora) aprob&oacute; la designaci&oacute;n del C.
