Por su parte, la defensa del edil solicit\u00f3 m\u00e1s tiempo para preparar su caso, por lo que el juez concedi\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del plazo constitucional.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta decisi\u00f3n, el alcalde permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n mientras se determina si ser\u00e1 o no vinculado a proceso, resoluci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 programada para el 10 de febrero.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la FGR, Diego \u201cN\u201d es acusado de delincuencia organizada, secuestro y extorsi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de presuntos v\u00ednculos con un grupo criminal que opera en la regi\u00f3n.
