El pasado 14 de octubre, en el World Trade Center de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el Foro MiPyMEs Socialmente Responsables 2025<\/strong>, con el tema: \u201cInnovaci\u00f3n sostenible: transformando a la sociedad para una prosperidad compartida\u201d<\/em>. En esta edici\u00f3n, 1,390 micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas obtuvieron el Distintivo ESR<\/strong>, reconociendo su compromiso con la responsabilidad social empresarial.<\/p>\n

Desde la implementaci\u00f3n del nuevo modelo del Distintivo ESR \u2014que ahora eval\u00faa tanto el cumplimiento de est\u00e1ndares<\/strong> como el nivel de desarrollo de la responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE)<\/strong>\u2014, el porcentaje de empresas MiPyMEs que lo obtienen ha crecido de manera consistente. De 2024 a 2025, este n\u00famero aument\u00f3 8.6%<\/strong>, pasando de 1,280 empresas a 1,390.<\/p>\n

Este logro ha sido posible gracias a las 20 entidades promotoras de RSE<\/strong>, entre organismos empresariales, OSC, universidades y organismos de gobierno que impulsan a las empresas en 11 estados de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong> hacia una gesti\u00f3n socialmente responsable. En Sonora, FESAC act\u00faa como aliado estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong> para acompa\u00f1ar a las empresas en este proceso.<\/p>\n

Evodio S\u00e1nchez Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, Director de RSE de Cemefi<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que las pymes enfrentan retos complejos, desde adaptarse a un entorno digital acelerado hasta integrar pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles que equilibran rentabilidad con impacto social y ambiental. Se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cEn Cemefi creemos firmemente que la responsabilidad social no es un lujo, sino una necesidad estrat\u00e9gica. Las pymes que incorporan principios de sostenibilidad como equidad, inclusi\u00f3n, gobernanza \u00e9tica y cuidado ambiental generan confianza entre sus stakeholders y, al mismo tiempo, incrementan su competitividad.<\/p>\n

    Por 14\u00ba a\u00f1o consecutivo, CMIC Sonora recibe el reconocimiento como promotora de la RSE 2025, reafirmando su compromiso constante con la responsabilidad social empresarial en la regi\u00f3n. Este logro destaca su labor en impulsar buenas pr\u00e1cticas entre las empresas, fomentar una cultura de sostenibilidad y apoyar el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social de Sonora.<\/p>\n

    Como cada a\u00f1o, FESAC, aliado regional de Cemefi en Sonora, bajo la coordinaci\u00f3n de la Lic. Andrea Garc\u00eda Calles, Directora del cap\u00edtulo Hermosillo, coordin\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n a las empresas, brind\u00e1ndoles apoyo y seguimiento durante este importante evento.<\/p>\n
