prisi&oacute;n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 10px;border: 0px;font-size: 13.2px;vertical-align: baseline;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;line-height: 17.16px;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\">Agentes del ministerio p&uacute;blico de la Fiscal&iacute;a General de Justicia (FGJE) les formularon la imputaci&oacute;n por el delito de robo equiparado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 10px;border: 0px;font-size: 13.2px;vertical-align: baseline;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;line-height: 17.16px;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\">Ante las pruebas presentadas por personal de la Fiscal&iacute;a los respectivos Jueces Orales Penales dictaron las resoluciones en las audiencias in&iacute;ciales celebradas este d&iacute;a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 10px;border: 0px;font-size: 13.2px;vertical-align: baseline;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;line-height: 17.16px;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\">Los imputados fueron asegurados en cateos a casas de empe&ntilde;o en Ciudad Obreg&oacute;n, Caborca, Nogales y Hermosillo y Navojoa, donde se recobraron cerca de 500 art&iacute;culos robados y de dudosa procedencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 10px;border: 0px;font-size: 13.2px;vertical-align: baseline;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;line-height: 17.16px;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\">A Almahara Kassandra &ldquo;N.&rdquo;, de casa de empe&ntilde;o First Cash, con sede en Hermosillo, se extendi&oacute; el plazo para el ofrecimiento de pruebas para el 28 de septiembre a las 09:00 horas en la Sala 2 del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 10px;border: 0px;font-size: 13.2px;vertical-align: baseline;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;line-height: 17.16px;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\">Del negocio Super Cash, de 5 de Febrero y &Aacute;guila, en Ciudad Obreg&oacute;n, Lizeth Mar&iacute;a &ldquo;N.&rdquo; su vinculaci&oacute;n a proceso fue diferida para el d&iacute;a 26 de septiembre a las 14:00 horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 10px;border: 0px;font-size: 13.2px;vertical-align: baseline;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;line-height: 17.16px;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\">En Ciudad Obreg&oacute;n, Carlos David &ldquo;N&rdquo; de casa de empe&ntilde;o Super Cash de la colonia Centro, qued&oacute; vinculado a proceso penal y el juez otorg&oacute; tres meses de plazo para el cierre de la investigaci&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 10px;border: 0px;font-size: 13.2px;vertical-align: baseline;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;line-height: 17.16px;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\">En Navojoa, Daniela &ldquo;N.&rdquo;, y Horacio Antonio &ldquo;N.&rdquo;, de la casa de empe&ntilde;o First Cash, de la colonia Ju&aacute;rez, el juez aplaz&oacute;
