La primera para prohibir el endeudamiento: cero pesos de d&eacute;ficit y cero pesos de deuda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5pt;text-align: justify;line-height: 150%;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5pt;text-align: justify;line-height: 150%;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">Pero principalmente present&oacute; una reducci&oacute;n de impuestos para&nbsp;que:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 47.25pt;text-indent: -18pt;line-height: 150%;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;line-height: 150%;font-family: Symbol\" lang=\"ES-MX\">&middot;<span>&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><strong><span lang=\"ES-MX\">Ning&uacute;n trabajador que gane menos de $10,300 mensuales pague impuesto sobre la renta.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 47.25pt;text-indent: -18pt;line-height: 150%;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;line-height: 150%;font-family: Symbol\" lang=\"ES-MX\">&middot;<span>&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><strong><span lang=\"ES-MX\">Se reduzca en $1,090 pesos mensuales el impuesto sobre la renta que pagan los dem&aacute;s trabajadores.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5pt;text-align: justify;line-height: 150%;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">Esta medida est&aacute; basada en la propuesta &ldquo;Hacia un Nuevo Esquema del ISR&rdquo; del Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5pt;text-align: justify;line-height: 150%;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">&ldquo;Se trata de una rebaja fiscal que beneficiar&iacute;a directamente a 20&nbsp;millones de trabajadores formales y a sus familias. Adicionalmente, se permitir&aacute; a millones de trabajadores informales acceder f&aacute;cilmente a la formalidad.&rdquo; Se&ntilde;al&oacute; el Senador B&uacute;rquez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5pt;text-align: justify;line-height: 150%;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">&ldquo;Los mexicanos no necesitamos de m&aacute;s gobierno. Lo que necesitamos es m&aacute;s libertad, que el dinero en nuestro bolsillo y un gobierno limitado que nos permita salir adelante por nosotros mismos.&rdquo; Concluy&oacute; B&uacute;rquez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5pt;text-align: justify;line-height: 150%;background-image: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-size: initial;background-position: initial;background-repeat: initial\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">La propuesta obtuvo 49 votos a favor de senadores del PAN, PRD y PT.
