lo que nos obliga a generar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> estrategias que coadyuven al mejor aprovechamiento de sus recursos, tanto<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> humanos como econ&oacute;micos.<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Por ello, la instituci&oacute;n viene impulsando una serie de acciones que, sin afectar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> los derechos de sus trabajadores, le permitan atender con calidad a un mayor<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> n&uacute;mero de j&oacute;venes que han encontrado un espacio en la Universidad de Sonora.<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Para poder cumplir con este aumento en la cobertura y ante la realidad<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> econ&oacute;mica que vive el pa&iacute;s y que repercute en la cantidad de recursos que la<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> sociedad entrega a la Universidad, hemos emprendido acciones para eficientar<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">y transparentar el uso de los mismos, priorizando en todo momento el<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> cumplimiento de las funciones sustantivas y eliminando actividades que no<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> sean prioritarias y sin poner en riesgo el buen funcionamiento de la instituci&oacute;n.<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">En este contexto, la toma de las instalaciones de rector&iacute;a por la Delegaci&oacute;n de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Oficios del Sindicato de Trabajadores y Empleados de la Universidad de Sonora,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> STEUS, NO SE JUSTIFICA, debido a que la instituci&oacute;n, en ning&uacute;n momento, ha<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> incumplido con las obligaciones que le corresponden en relaci&oacute;n al pago por<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> el trabajo realizado de sus trabajadores.<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Por tanto, la Universidad exhorta al STEUS para que en caso de presentarse<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> alguna situaci&oacute;n donde considere que se ha incumplido con alguno de los<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> derechos inherentes a la relaci&oacute;n laboral con sus trabajadores, lo hagan saber<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: bold\" \/> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">por los medios establecidos en los acuerdos bilaterales.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>la toma de las instalaciones de rector&iacute;a por la Delegaci&oacute;n de Oficios del Sindicato de Trabajadores y Empleados de la Universidad de Sonora, STEUS, NO SE JUSTIFICA, debido a que la instituci&oacute;n, en ning&uacute;n momento, ha incumplido con las obligaciones qu<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":18151,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[178],"tags":[197],"class_list":["post-1994","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-local","tag-unison"],"jetpack_featured_media_url":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/1383610869_UNI2.jpg","amp_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1994","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1994"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1994\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/18151"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1994"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=1994"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=1994"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
