{"id":184561,"date":"2018-10-25T10:10:24","date_gmt":"2018-10-25T10:10:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2018\/10\/25\/reeligen-a-francisco-gutierrez-rodriguez-como-presidente-del-stj\/"},"modified":"2018-10-25T10:10:24","modified_gmt":"2018-10-25T10:10:24","slug":"reeligen-a-francisco-gutierrez-rodriguez-como-presidente-del-stj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2018\/10\/25\/reeligen-a-francisco-gutierrez-rodriguez-como-presidente-del-stj\/","title":{"rendered":"Reeligen a Francisco Gutierrez Rodriguez como presidente del STJ"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Hermosillo, Sonora, 25 de octubre de 2018.- El Pleno del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia del Estado aprob&oacute;, por unanimidad de votos, la reelecci&oacute;n del Magistrado Francisco Guti&eacute;rrez Rodr&iacute;guez como Presidente del mismo por un per&iacute;odo completo de seis a&ntilde;os.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Guti&eacute;rrez Rodr&iacute;guez, quien cuenta con una trayectoria de m&aacute;s de 26 a&ntilde;os en el Poder Judicial del Estado, fue nombrado Presidente del STJ el 10 de septiembre de 2015, y durante los &uacute;ltimos tres a&ntilde;os al frente de dicha instituci&oacute;n ha sido catalogado en diversas ocasiones como un Presidente emprendedor, eficaz, eficiente, sensible y cercano a la gente, que ha enfrentado profundos y enormes retos, con especial &eacute;nfasis en consolidar la independencia y la autonom&iacute;a del Poder Judicial Estatal, as&iacute; como en dignificar y mejorar el servicio p&uacute;blico de impartici&oacute;n de justicia.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Ha sido objeto de reconocimientos por parte de diversas agrupaciones e instituciones, como la Confederaci&oacute;n de Colegios y Asociaciones de Abogados de M&eacute;xico (CONCAAM) y la Federaci&oacute;n de Abogados del Estado de Sonora (FAES), la Barra Sonorense de Abogados A.C.
