La MLS<\/strong> vivió historia la noche del sábado y no precisamente en el ámbito futbolístico, sino el climático, pues se registró el juego más frío en la historia de la liga. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Fue en el duelo donde los Rapids de Colorado<\/strong> recibieron a los Timbers de Portland<\/strong> en el Dick’s Sporting Goods Park,<\/strong> partido que se jugó con una temperatura de -8 grados centígrados. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Las condiciones extremas no impidieron que el partido se llevara a cabo, pero si bajo ciertas circunstancias, como que el campo fuera adaptado para que las líneas se vieran en verde y el resto en blanco,<\/strong> así como un balón naranja<\/strong> para que los jugadores no lo perdieran de vista. <\/p>\n

Una de las imágenes más peculiares, que le ha dado la vuelta al mundo, es la de un árbitro al que literalmente se le congelaron las pestañas<\/strong> debido al intenso clima que se vivió en Colorado. <\/p>\n

Pese a las condiciones adversas, se vivió un gran duelo de futbol que terminó empatado 3-3 con goles de Kei Kamara, Benny Feilhaber<\/strong> y Andre Shinyashiki <\/strong>por los Rapids, <\/strong>mientras que por los Timbers <\/strong>marcaron Diego Valeria, Sebastián Blanco<\/strong> y Deklan Wynne.
