{"id":176863,"date":"2019-04-03T08:46:43","date_gmt":"2019-04-03T08:46:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2019\/04\/03\/quitan-inmunidad-a-guaido-preparan-juicio-politico\/"},"modified":"2019-04-03T08:46:43","modified_gmt":"2019-04-03T08:46:43","slug":"quitan-inmunidad-a-guaido-preparan-juicio-politico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2019\/04\/03\/quitan-inmunidad-a-guaido-preparan-juicio-politico\/","title":{"rendered":"Quitan inmunidad a Guaido; preparan juicio politico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>M&eacute;xico.- La Asamblea Constituyente despoj&oacute; al autoproclamado presidente interino de Venezuela, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdpnoticias.com\/internacional\/2019\/03\/29\/la-ayuda-internacional-ingresara-a-venezuela-sentencia-juan-guaido\">Juan Guaid&oacute;<\/a><\/strong>, de su inmunidad y autoriz&oacute; al m&aacute;ximo tribunal venezolano a que inicie un juicio por usurpaci&oacute;n de funciones.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi&oacute;n contra el diputado de la <strong>Asamblea Nacional<\/strong> fue aprobada de manera un&aacute;nime, anunci&oacute; Diosdado Cabello, quien es presidente de la Constituyente y asever&oacute; que se obra con base en la ley.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;A veces tarda la ley, pero en este caso va a llegar&rdquo; <cite>Diosdado Cabello<\/cite><\/p>\n<p>El&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tribunal Supremo de Justicia<\/span>&nbsp;(TSJ) abri&oacute; una investigaci&oacute;n contra Guaid&oacute; por la usurpaci&oacute;n de las funciones a Nicol&aacute;s Maduro, quien adem&aacute;s lo acusa de planear un atentado hacia &eacute;l.
