un exhorto para que se regularicen los terrenos que antes eran propiedad de Ferrocarriles Nacionales en los que hay asentamientos en varias partes del estado de Sonora. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.38;margin-top: 0pt;margin-bottom: 0pt\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Arial;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline\">El legislador del Partido Encuentro Social pidi&oacute; exhortar a los titulares de la Secretar&iacute;a de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu), del Instituto Nacional del Suelo Sustentable (INSUS) y de la Comisi&oacute;n Estatal de Bienes y Concesiones de Sonora, para que regularicen predios propiedad de terrenos nacionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.38;margin-top: 0pt;margin-bottom: 0pt\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Arial;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline\">En su exposici&oacute;n de motivos, Navarrete Aguirre explic&oacute; que en la entidad &ldquo;existen muchas personas que, aunque tienen muchos a&ntilde;os asentados en algunos predios, con viviendas construidas, y m&aacute;s que viviendas, toda una vida y su familia en ellas, viven de forma irregular, ya que son predios propiedad de Ferrocarriles Nacionales de M&eacute;xico y del Instituto Nacional del Suelo Sustentable&rdquo;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.38;margin-top: 0pt;margin-bottom: 0pt\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Arial;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline\">Como ejemplo mencion&oacute; las Colonias Petr&oacute;leos 1 y 2, El Llanito, Volteadero, Estaci&oacute;n, Empacadora y Pe&ntilde;ascal, en el municipio de Cananea, Sonora, las cuales tienen m&aacute;s de 30 a&ntilde;os, pero sus habitantes viven en una incertidumbre jur&iacute;dica, al no contar con los documentos que los acreditan como titulares de los derechos de dichos predios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.38;margin-top: 0pt;margin-bottom: 0pt\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Arial;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline\">Explic&oacute;
