Hermosillo, Sonora (05 de noviembre de 2019).- La Diputada Ernestina Castro Valenzuela, presentó ante el Pleno del Congreso del Estado, iniciativa con proyecto de Decreto que reforma y adiciona diversas disposiciones de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial del Estado de Sonora, con el objeto de crear los Juzgados Laborales dentro del Poder Judicial del Estado, así como también para establecer la distritación que tendrán dichos juzgados en el Estado.<\/p>\n
La anterior propuesta, forma parte del trabajo de armonización que el Congreso del Estado debe realizar al marco jurídico estatal, con motivo de la nueva facultad otorgada por la Constitución Federal y Estatal al Poder Judicial del Estado del Estado.<\/p>\n
“Dada la gran carga de trabajo que tiene dicho poder, resulta imprescindible que cuente con un presupuesto adecuado para garantizar la operatividad y normal funcionamiento de toda la estructura judicial del Estado, tomando en cuenta la austeridad como política pública que hoy se vive en todo el país.
