El secretario de Salud, Enrique Clausen Iberri, tom&oacute; protesta al Dr. Jos&eacute; Ricardo Espinoza Castro como subsecretario M&eacute;dico de la Secretar&iacute;a de Salud.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">Espinoza Castro se desempe&ntilde;&oacute; como director General del Hospital Dr. Fernando Ocaranza del ISSSTE.
