El próximo 12 de septiembre el mundo del boxeo se volverá loco cuando Mike Tyson<\/strong><\/a> vuelva al ring cuando suba a enfrentarse a Roy Jones.<\/strong> Sin embargo, el presidente del Consejo Mundial de Boxeo, Mauricio Sulaimán<\/strong>, advirtió sobre cuáles deberían ser los cuidado que deberán tomarse  en cuenta para llevar adelante la exhibición. <\/p>\n

El regreso de Iron Mike<\/strong> a los ensogados causó un gran revuelo en el deporte de los puños. Muchos apoyan el regreso del excampeón del mundo de los pesos completos, mientras que otros temen por su salud y su legado.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, sobre el bienestar físico se preocupa el CMB<\/strong>, organismo que utiliza como bandera que primero está el boxeador y después el espectáculo. Es por esto que su presidente, Mauricio Sulaimán,<\/strong> dijo que deberían utilizar cascos al momento de llevar adelante la exhibición. <\/p>\n

“(Es) una pelea de ocho asaltos, sin casco y con guantes de 12 onzas. Este es un punto que me preocupa. Tanto Tyson como Jones deben usar protectores en la cabeza y usar guantes de 16 o incluso de 18 onzas”<\/em>, expresó el mandamás a Boxing Scene<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n

Por otro lado, dijo que se debe valorar que los dos exboxeadores ponen su cuerpo para hacer una obra de bien. “Es por eso que el Consejo Mundial de Boxeo apoya plenamente su realización, pero repito, de ninguna manera hay que descuidar la seguridad de los contendientes”,<\/em> finalizó. <\/p>\n
