En sesi&oacute;n del Congreso del Estado de Sonora del d&iacute;a de hoy, la diputada de Movimiento Ciudadano, Mar&iacute;a Dolores del R&iacute;o, present&oacute; un exhorto en materia de Transporte P&uacute;blico gratuito para los estudiantes en Nogales, Sonora.
