El último sábado regresó al ring Mike Tyson<\/a> <\/strong>y empató, en un combate de exhibición, frente Roy Jones Jr.<\/strong> en el Staples Center <\/strong>de Los Angeles<\/strong>, California<\/strong>. Sin embargo, tras su vuelta, Evander Holyfield<\/strong> le dijo que deje de evitarlo y que le envíe el contrato. <\/p>\n

El fin de semana el mundo posó sus ojos en Estados Unidos <\/strong>porque volvía una de la Leyendas más controversiales del boxeo. Y no hay dudas de que Iron Mike <\/strong>estuvo a la altura de las circunstancias para salir bien parado del choque. <\/p>\n

Sin embargo, previo al choque, Evander Holyfield <\/strong><\/a>dijo que estaría dispuesto pelear con él, pero por una bolsa de 25 millones dólares<\/strong><\/a>. “Mi equipo trató de hacer que la pelea sucediera y no obtuvimos más que excusas”<\/em>, expresó el excampeón del mundo crucero y pesado, según lo informado por BoxingScene.com. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Además, comentó que el enfrentamiento del sábado fue solo una preparación por lo que entiende por qué lo esquivó. A su vez, dijo que Roy Jones Jr. <\/strong>fue el típico oponente a nivel local, pero frente a él sería un evento mundial y que todo el mundo quiere ver. <\/p>\n
