Alcaraz, propuso se reconsidere este incremento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font-style: inherit;font-variant: inherit;font-weight: inherit;font-size: inherit;line-height: inherit;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font-style: inherit;font-variant: inherit;font-weight: inherit;font-size: inherit;line-height: inherit;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Lo que se pretende mediante el exhorto propuesto, coment&oacute;, es la reconsideraci&oacute;n del cobro de predial que realiza mencionado ayuntamiento, toda vez que resulta obvia la desproporci&oacute;n en montos sobre lo estipulado en 2020 y lo que se calcula para el ejercicio fiscal de 2021, que rebasa los &iacute;ndices inflacionarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font-style: inherit;font-variant: inherit;font-weight: inherit;font-size: inherit;line-height: inherit;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font-style: inherit;font-variant: inherit;font-weight: inherit;font-size: inherit;line-height: inherit;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">&ldquo;Reiteramos nuestro respeto a la autonom&iacute;a municipal y no se cuestiona aqu&iacute;, por no ser la instancia id&oacute;nea, la legalidad o ilegalidad de la contribuci&oacute;n, pero se apela a la buena voluntad de las autoridades municipales para que lleven a cabo un ajuste en los montos que vienen calculando para establecer el cobro del impuesto predial&rdquo;, expres&oacute; el legislador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font-style: inherit;font-variant: inherit;font-weight: inherit;font-size: inherit;line-height: inherit;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font-style: inherit;font-variant: inherit;font-weight: inherit;font-size: inherit;line-height: inherit;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">La inquietud de los contribuyentes es comprensible, dijo al mencionar un ejemplo en el que la diferencia del pago del impuesto entre el cobro de 2020 y el de 2021, asciende a casi 230 mil pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font-style: inherit;font-variant: inherit;font-weight: inherit;font-size: inherit;line-height: inherit;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font-style: inherit;font-variant: inherit;font-weight: inherit;font-size: inherit;line-height: inherit;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Coment&oacute;
