dilaci&oacute;n en la procuraci&oacute;n de<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">justicia de parte del Agente del Ministerio P&uacute;blico Especializado en Delitos de Homicidios,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">Feminicidios y Lesiones Graves Dolosas de Hermosillo, Sonora y elementos de la Agencia<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">Ministerial de Investigaci&oacute;n Criminal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">La quejosa denunci&oacute; que las autoridades antes se&ntilde;aladas, no han concluido la investigaci&oacute;n<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">de los hechos en los cuales su hijo fue lesionado con disparos de arma de fuego el d&iacute;a 4 de<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">diciembre de 2015 en su domicilio, falleciendo posteriormente en el Hospital General del<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">Las constancias allegadas al expediente referente a la averiguaci&oacute;n previa abierta con<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">motivo de esos hechos arrojan que las autoridades se&ntilde;aladas como responsables en m&aacute;s de<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">cinco a&ntilde;os no ha concluido la investigaci&oacute;n, lo que evidentemente constituye una<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">transgresi&oacute;n a los derechos humanos del occiso y de su madre, toda vez que se ha incurrido<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">en la dilaci&oacute;n en la procuraci&oacute;n de justicia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">Por ello, la Comisi&oacute;n Estatal de Derechos Humanos, recomend&oacute; a la Titular de la Fiscal&iacute;a<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">General de Justicia del Estado, gire instrucciones directas al Agente del Ministerio P&uacute;blico<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">Especializado en Delitos de Homicidios, Feminicidios Lesiones Graves Dolosas en<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">Hermosillo, Sonora, para que contin&uacute;e con la debida integraci&oacute;n y perfeccionamiento del<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">Expediente de Averiguaci&oacute;n Previa instaurada en contra de quien y\/o quienes resulten<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">responsables por la comisi&oacute;n del delito de Homicidio Simple Doloso utilizando arma de<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">fuego y lo que resulte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">Colabore con esta Comisi&oacute;n Estatal de Derechos Humanos en la presentaci&oacute;n y<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">seguimiento de la queja que se presente ante la Visitadur&iacute;a General de la Fiscal&iacute;a General<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">de Justicia del Estado de Sonora, por las irregularidades que quedaron acreditadas en la<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">presente Recomendaci&oacute;n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">Dise&ntilde;e y se imparta un curso integral al personal ministerial de esa Fiscal&iacute;a sobre<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">capacitaci&oacute;n y formaci&oacute;n en derechos humanos, espec&iacute;ficamente en materia de Procuraci&oacute;n<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de las V&iacute;ctimas, a fin de prevenir hechos similares;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font: inherit;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\">adem&aacute;s gestionar la Inscripci&oacute;n en el Registro Estatal de
