la Recomendaci&oacute;n 26\/2021 al Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado de Sonora (ISSTESON) por violaci&oacute;n del derecho humano a la salud por falta de suministro de medicamentos y reembolso a un derechohabiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;line-height: normal;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #201f1e;text-align: justify;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;line-height: normal;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #201f1e;text-align: justify;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span>El quejoso denunci&oacute; ante la Comisi&oacute;n Estatal de Derechos Humanos que padece ataques epil&eacute;pticos por lo que recibe atenci&oacute;n m&eacute;dica desde hace m&aacute;s de 3 a&ntilde;os,&nbsp; y que en&nbsp; varias ocasiones le negaron la entrega de los medicamentos, por lo que se ha visto en la necesidad de adquirirlos en farmacias particulares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;line-height: normal;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #201f1e;text-align: justify;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;line-height: normal;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #201f1e;text-align: justify;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span>La v&iacute;ctima denunci&oacute; que desde finales del 2018 hasta el mes de marzo de 2020, el medicamento que requiere para atender su enfermedad no le ha sido entregado y determin&oacute; comprarlo a un costo de mil 300 pesos; sin embargo, al solicitar el reembolso al ISSTESON, esta instituci&oacute;n no ha autorizado el pago al quejoso, a pesar de varios escritos presentados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;line-height: normal;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #201f1e;text-align: justify;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;line-height: normal;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #201f1e;text-align: justify;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span>Luego de propuestas de conciliaci&oacute;n presentadas por el Cuarto Visitador General los d&iacute;as 18 y 19 de agosto del a&ntilde;o dos mil veinte, ante dicho Instituto no se recibi&oacute; respuesta alguna, por lo que&nbsp; se&nbsp; emiti&oacute; la presente Recomendaci&oacute;n&nbsp; para que el ISSTESON&nbsp; proporcione&nbsp; al quejoso los medicamentos que le sean prescritos por su m&eacute;dico tratante con toda oportunidad y cantidad se&ntilde;alados la receta y reembolsar al quejoso el numerario que ha erogado en&nbsp; la compra de los medicamento en farmacias particulares, informando a esta Comisi&oacute;n Estatal su cumplimiento.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;line-height: normal;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #201f1e;text-align: justify;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;line-height: normal;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #201f1e;text-align: justify;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><span>Se capacite de manera inmediata en el tema del Acceso del Derecho a la Salud y sus implicaciones por la falta de medicamentos a los servidores p&uacute;blicos que con sus omisiones han vulnerado los derechos humanos del agraviado, as&iacute;
