Na<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">cional (Morena), instalados en&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">el Congreso de Tamaulipas con<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">sideran que es momento de mo<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">dificar las &oacute;rdenes de protecci&oacute;n&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">para las f&eacute;minas, luego de que en&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">la entidad se han registrado 21&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">homicidios contra mujeres, pero&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">ninguno de ellos ha sido tipifica<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">do como feminicidio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>El punto es modificar la Ley&nbsp;<span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">para Prevenir, Atender, Sancio<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">nar y Erradicar la Violencia con<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">tra las Mujeres, pues el grupo&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">parlamentario considera que lo&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">actual dispuesto no es suficiente&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">protecci&oacute;n para las afectadas por&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">la violencia de g&eacute;nero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>El art&iacute;culo 9 marcaba que las&nbsp;<span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">&oacute;rdenes de protecci&oacute;n se hac&iacute;an a&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">solicitud de la v&iacute;ctima, sin embar<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">go ahora podr&aacute;n ser solicitadas&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">de oficio, es decir ahora la violen<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">cia contra la mujer es considera<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">do un delito grave, por lo tanto la&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">autoridad puede pedirla sin que&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">lo haga la afectada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad las &oacute;rdenes de&nbsp;<span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">protecci&oacute;n no podr&iacute;an superar&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">los 15 d&iacute;as y el juez ten&iacute;a hasta 24&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">horas despu&eacute;s de que se conoci&oacute;&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">el hecho para otorgarlas, sin em<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">bargo el cambio propone que las&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">emergentes ser&aacute;n pronunciadas&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">dentro de las siguientes 8 horas&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">y las jurisdiccionales o civiles en&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">24 horas.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Diputados de Morena
