si en realidad se desea eliminar toda pr&aacute;ctica de posible corrupci&oacute;n y de privilegios, favoritismos, simulaci&oacute;n, componendas e impunidad que siguen enfermando la salud de nuestras fianzas estatales, actuemos construyendo un mejor marco legal que haga del ISAF una entidad m&aacute;s eficiente y confiable&#8221;
