{"id":126552,"date":"2021-12-15T12:46:14","date_gmt":"2021-12-15T12:46:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2021\/12\/15\/decomisa-municipio-de-hermosillo-cerca-de-20-kilos-de-pirotecnia\/"},"modified":"2021-12-15T12:46:14","modified_gmt":"2021-12-15T12:46:14","slug":"decomisa-municipio-de-hermosillo-cerca-de-20-kilos-de-pirotecnia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2021\/12\/15\/decomisa-municipio-de-hermosillo-cerca-de-20-kilos-de-pirotecnia\/","title":{"rendered":"Decomisa municipio de Hermosillo cerca de 20 kilos de pirotecnia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 106%\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;line-height: 106%\">A pesar que existe una prohibici&oacute;n en Hermosillo para la venta de cualquier tipo de pirotecnia, personal del ayuntamiento ya ha decomisado alrededor de 20 kilogramos de ese producto de tiendas principalmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 106%\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;line-height: 106%\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 106%\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;line-height: 106%\">Florencio Diaz Armenta, secretario de la Comuna, manifest&oacute; que gracias a 59 reportes ciudadanos que han recibido al d&iacute;a de hoy, se ha podido decomisar 18.4 kilogramos de pirotecnia de establecimientos donde no se tiene un permiso para ello e incluso resalt&oacute; que se habr&aacute;n de aplicar sanciones a los responsables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 106%\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;line-height: 106%\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 106%\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;line-height: 106%\">&ldquo;Pueden ser sujetos a sanci&oacute;n, como he dicho, iniciamos un procedimiento de sanci&oacute;n, no es as&iacute; nom&aacute;s que llegar y multar sino hacer un procedimiento legal correctamente y como hemos dicho la sanci&oacute;n puede llegar hasta los 400 mil pesos.
