{"id":122239,"date":"2022-03-05T09:20:25","date_gmt":"2022-03-05T09:20:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2022\/03\/05\/detiene-policia-estatal-a-un-hombre-en-posesion-de-35-paquetes-con-sustancias\/"},"modified":"2022-03-05T09:20:25","modified_gmt":"2022-03-05T09:20:25","slug":"detiene-policia-estatal-a-un-hombre-en-posesion-de-35-paquetes-con-sustancias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2022\/03\/05\/detiene-policia-estatal-a-un-hombre-en-posesion-de-35-paquetes-con-sustancias\/","title":{"rendered":"Detiene Policia Estatal a un hombre en posesion de 35 paquetes con sustancias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">Navojoa, Sonora; a 05 de marzo del 2022.- Oficiales de la Polic&iacute;a Estatal de Seguridad P&uacute;blica (PESP) que realizan operativo preventivo en Navojoa, efectuaron el arresto de un hombre en posesi&oacute;n de 35 paquetes con sustancia similar al narc&oacute;tico.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">Los hechos se registraron el jueves 3 de marzo cuando los elementos de la PESP atendieron la denuncia ciudadana, efectuando sobre la avenida Veracruz, de la colonia Beltrones, el aseguramiento de Dar&iacute;o &ldquo;N&rdquo;, de 22 a&ntilde;os de edad.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">En la oportuna atenci&oacute;n de la denuncia se le incautaron 20 paquetes de sustancia granulada con caracter&iacute;sticas f&iacute;sicas al narc&oacute;tico y 15 paquetes con hierba verde.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">Ante estos hechos, se inform&oacute; a la persona sobre los derechos de los detenidos para ponerlo a disposici&oacute;n del Ministerio P&uacute;blico correspondiente.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">NOTA: Los detenidos se presumen inocentes mientras no se declare su responsabilidad mediante sentencia emitida por el &oacute;rgano jurisdiccional.
