El mexicano Daniel Corral<\/strong> se convirtió en subcampeón mundial en el caballo con arzones para hacer historia en este deporte, en el Campeonato Mundial de Gimnasia Artística<\/strong>que se realiza en esta ciudad.<\/p>\n

Con una suma de 15.633 unidades, el ensenadense se quedó con la medalla de plata en una exhibición de calidad ante los mejores del mundo, solo superado por el japonés Kohei<\/strong>Kameyama<\/strong>, quien al final de la rutina hizo 15.833 unidades.<\/p>\n

Corral Barrón<\/strong>, quien fue calificado con 6.8 en dificultad y 8.833 en ejecución, compartió el subcampeonato con el británico Max Whitlock, con el mismo puntaje.<\/p>\n

El gimnasta mexicano se presentó en el evento como el quinto sitio en los Juegos Olímpicos de Londres 2012 y tras haber ganado el oro en el Preolímpico de ese mismo año.<\/p>\n

El bajacaliforniano se instaló en la final de la competición con la segunda mejor nota de 15.600, solo por debajo del italiano Alberto Busnari, quien sumó 15.630.<\/p>\n

De igual manera, Daniel Corral obtuvo el metal plateado en la Universiada Mundial de Kazán 2013.<\/p>\n
