{"id":120054,"date":"2022-04-07T10:12:31","date_gmt":"2022-04-07T10:12:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2022\/04\/07\/multan-a-cochinones-por-tirar-basura-en-la-via-publica-de-nogales\/"},"modified":"2022-04-07T10:12:31","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T10:12:31","slug":"multan-a-cochinones-por-tirar-basura-en-la-via-publica-de-nogales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2022\/04\/07\/multan-a-cochinones-por-tirar-basura-en-la-via-publica-de-nogales\/","title":{"rendered":"Multan a cochinones por tirar basura en la via publica de Nogales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #53585c;font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;background-color: #fcfcfc\">Dos personas fueron retenidas por las autoridades de vialidad y multadas por el departamento de Ecolog&iacute;a del municipio de Nogales, al ser sorprendido tirando basura en calles de la colonia Bella Vista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"padding: 0px;margin: 0px;border: 0px none;line-height: 1.25em;color: #53585c;font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;background-color: #fcfcfc\" \/><span style=\"color: #53585c;font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;background-color: #fcfcfc\">Fue a las 10:25 horas que elementos de la Polic&iacute;a Municipal fueron alertados v&iacute;a radiofrecuencia del C5, para que se trasladaran a la calle Onavas de la colonia Bella Vista, donde reportaban a un cami&oacute;n de volteo tirando basura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"padding: 0px;margin: 0px;border: 0px none;line-height: 1.25em;color: #53585c;font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;background-color: #fcfcfc\" \/><span style=\"color: #53585c;font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;background-color: #fcfcfc\">Una vez en el lugar los oficiales tuvieron a la vista un cami&oacute;n de volteo de color verde del cual efectivamente arrojaban basura, por lo que de manera inmediata se acercaron al cami&oacute;n donde se encontraba el ch&oacute;fer arriba del cami&oacute;n mismo que dijo llamarse Carlos de 21 a&ntilde;os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"padding: 0px;margin: 0px;border: 0px none;line-height: 1.25em;color: #53585c;font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;background-color: #fcfcfc\" \/><span style=\"color: #53585c;font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;background-color: #fcfcfc\">Esta persona era acompa&ntilde;ada por Luis Alfonso, de 38 a&ntilde;os, que se encontraba en la parte trasera del cami&oacute;n donde realizaba las maniobras para tirar los desechos, motivo por el cual ambos fueron retenidos en el acto, asegurando el cami&oacute;n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"padding: 0px;margin: 0px;border: 0px none;line-height: 1.25em;color: #53585c;font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;background-color: #fcfcfc\" \/><span style=\"color: #53585c;font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;background-color: #fcfcfc\">Ante el caso los agentes de Tr&aacute;nsito trasladaron dicho veh&iacute;culo a los patios de Seguridad P&uacute;blica hasta la llegada de un inspector del departamento de Ecolog&iacute;a, quien los infraccion&oacute; por infringir el reglamento de equilibrio ecol&oacute;gico y protecci&oacute;n del ambiente del municipio de Nogales, y por depositar basura y residuos en la v&iacute;a p&uacute;blica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"padding: 0px;margin: 0px;border: 0px none;line-height: 1.25em;color: #53585c;font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;background-color: #fcfcfc\" \/><span style=\"color: #53585c;font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;background-color: #fcfcfc\">Se inform&oacute;
