{"id":116430,"date":"2022-06-08T12:33:18","date_gmt":"2022-06-08T12:33:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2022\/06\/08\/detiene-operativo-coordinado-a-persona-armada-en-nogales\/"},"modified":"2022-06-08T12:33:18","modified_gmt":"2022-06-08T12:33:18","slug":"detiene-operativo-coordinado-a-persona-armada-en-nogales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rnoticias.com.mx\/Portal\/2022\/06\/08\/detiene-operativo-coordinado-a-persona-armada-en-nogales\/","title":{"rendered":"Detiene operativo coordinado a persona armada en Nogales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">Nogales, Sonora; 8 de junio de 2022.- El operativo coordinado de la Polic&iacute;a Estatal de Seguridad P&uacute;blica (PESP), Secretar&iacute;a de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) y Polic&iacute;a Municipal de Nogales realiz&oacute; el aseguramiento de un hombre, adem&aacute;s de la incautaci&oacute;n de arma de fuego y m&aacute;s de mil 700 dosis de sustancias prohibidas.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">El s&aacute;bado 4 de junio, en las inmediaciones de la colonia Fundo Legal, Jos&eacute; &ldquo;N&rdquo;, de 41 a&ntilde;os de edad, intent&oacute; darse a la fuga al percatarse de la presencia policial; sin embargo, fue perseguido y asegurado, en su mochila se encontr&oacute; un arma de fuego calibre .25mm, m&aacute;s de mil 759 envoltorios de varias sustancias con caracter&iacute;sticas f&iacute;sicas al narc&oacute;tico y dinero en efectivo.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">Ante estos hechos, agentes del operativo coordinado informaron a Jos&eacute; &ldquo;N&rdquo; sobre los derechos de las personas detenidas y pusieron todo a disposici&oacute;n del Ministerio P&uacute;blico para los tr&aacute;mites legales correspondientes.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">NOTA: Los detenidos se presumen inocentes mientras no se declare su responsabilidad mediante sentencia emitida por el &oacute;rgano jurisdiccional.
