la suspensi&oacute;n definitiva a la organizaci&oacute;n Uniendo Caminos M&eacute;xico (UCM&eacute;xico) contra el&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"font: inherit !important;color: inherit !important;margin: 0px !important;padding: 0px !important;border: none !important;background-image: initial !important;background-position: initial !important;background-size: initial !important;background-repeat: initial !important;background-attachment: initial !important;background-color: #f1c40f\">decreto por el que se incorpora la Guardia Nacional (GN) a la Secretar&iacute;a de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El pasado 13 de octubre, la jueza otorg&oacute; a UCM&eacute;xico, Uni&oacute;n C&iacute;vica 1 pa&iacute;s, Firma Jur&iacute;dica ACyAC A Asociados, Tojil, EeK, y ciudadanos, la primera&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"font: inherit !important;color: inherit !important;margin: 0px !important;padding: 0px !important;border: none !important;background-image: initial !important;background-position: initial !important;background-size: initial !important;background-repeat: initial !important;background-attachment: initial !important;background-color: #f1c40f\">suspensi&oacute;n provisional en los 53 juicios de amparo colectivos&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong>que interpusieron con el fin de que se declarara inconstitucional a nivel nacional el traspaso de la Guardia Nacional a la Sedena.<\/p>\n<div class=\"div-pos-2\"><span style=\"color: #2a2d2f;font-size: 18px\">&ldquo;Esta suspensi&oacute;n no causa perjuicio al inter&eacute;s social ni al orden p&uacute;blico, porque<\/span><span style=\"color: #2a2d2f;font-size: 18px\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"color: #2a2d2f;font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font: inherit !important;color: inherit !important;margin: 0px !important;padding: 0px !important;border: none !important;background-image: initial !important;background-position: initial !important;background-size: initial !important;background-repeat: initial !important;background-attachment: initial !important;background-color: #f1c40f\">no se obstaculizan las funciones de la Guardia Nacional para llevar a cabo la funci&oacute;n de seguridad p&uacute;blica,&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #2a2d2f;font-size: 18px\">pues s&oacute;lo continuar&aacute; bajo el mando civil, tal como establece la Constituci&oacute;n&rdquo;, mencion&oacute; la magistrada.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"div-pos-2\"><span style=\"color: #2a2d2f;font-size: 18px\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"div-pos-2\">\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-right: 0px;margin-left: 0px;color: #2a2d2f;margin-bottom: 26px !important;font-size: 18px !important;line-height: 30px !important\">Cabe mencionar que la organizaci&oacute;n Uniendo Caminos M&eacute;xico, aleg&oacute;
