Este fin de semana, autoridades, habitantes y productores del municipio de Peribán impusieron un nuevo Récord Guinness al preparar el guacamole más grande del mundo, con un peso de cuatro mil 972 kilogramos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hasta ayer, el municipio que tenía la mejor marca en peso y tiempo era Tancítaro, quien había elaborado una mezcla de tres mil 873 kilos.<\/p>\n

En California, Estados Unidos, también intentaron romper ese límite en el año 2019, pero no consiguió registrarlo ante Record Guinness, por lo que no fue oficial.<\/p>\n

Mercedes Cervantes Viveros, presidenta del Comité Organizador de la Primera Expoferia Aguacatera 2022, explicó que se rompió récord en volumen y también en tiempo de elaboración.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Bastaron sólo tres horas 22 segundos para que se lograra establecer un tiempo récord para elaboración del guacamole más grande del mundo”.<\/p>\n

Cervantes Viveros expuso que la meta inicial era elaborar cuatro mil 200 kilos de guacamole y que con eso se abatía el récord establecido por el vecino municipio de Tancítaro.<\/p>\n

“Pero los voluntarios y productores, así como todos los participantes, decidieron que rompiéramos nuestra propia meta y también lo conseguimos”, celebró.<\/p>\n

Dijo que para lograr preparar esos cuatro mil 972 kilogramos de guacamole se utilizaron cerca de 10 toneladas de aguacate <\/strong>y sobre todo, reiteró, “el amor de los peribanenses”.<\/p>\n
