Astiazar&aacute;n, el Comisario General se reuni&oacute; con el agregado de la Polic&iacute;a Nacional de Colombia.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" dir=\"auto\">Fue en la Embajada de Colombia en M&eacute;xico en donde Manuel Emilio Hoyos D&iacute;az y Jimmy Hernan Ospina Bahena, acordaron fortalecer ambas corporaciones policiales, a trav&eacute;s de la capacitaci&oacute;n.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" dir=\"auto\">En la reuni&oacute;n se habl&oacute; de generar programas de trabajo y cooperaci&oacute;n entre ambas instituciones as&iacute; como intercambio de informaci&oacute;n.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\" dir=\"auto\">En cuanto el rubro de capacitaci&oacute;n se detallaron cuatro aspectos que son &eacute;nfasis en derechos humanos, basados en evidencias, alto enfoque pr&aacute;ctico, as&iacute;
